Um das hier in den richtigen Kontext zu bekommen:

Meine Befuerchtung ist, dass Du da ganz grosse K***e hast und Du mysql komplett
samt allen konfigurationen wegwerfen und neu installieren solltest.

Ich wuerde eine Installation, die obiges liefert, als hochgradig broken
bezeichnen.

Ich gehe mal vorsichtig davon aus, dass Du die Datenbank auch als richtiger
User (i.e. mysql bzw. root) startest und nicht von Deinem User-Account aus.
