Agreed.
Unfortunately, there isn't much in the neighborhood of the ULB where you
can go have dinner. Similar issues exist for the official speakers'
dinner, which has been going to the same place for years now--mainly
because it's almost the only option.
I suggest trying something in the center of Brussels, which I guess is
going to be the most viable option.
