Worum geht es eigentlich genau bei dieser europäischen Änderung, die in 7
Wochen stattfinden soll? Eine Recherche hat nichts ergeben. Auf dem
Internet Patent News Service (eingelinkt auf LPF) steht was über eine
Entscheidung zugunsten von IBM im März, die als "nach USA und Japan jetzt
auch in Europa..." gewertet wird, aber das kann's ja wohl nicht sein. Auch
auf www.smets.com findet sich rein gar nichts.
