What exactly do you refer to by "+host"? I cannot find this in the
manpage syslogd(8) or syslog.conf(5).

If you want to separate log messages on the central server by host
name you can try if the user contributed patch still applies:

http://www.infodrom.org/projects/sysklogd/download/patches/syslogd.byhost.diff.gz
