March 3rd-10th 2024: MiniDebCampHamburg

hi,

this is to quickly announce there will be a MiniDebCamp happening
in Hamburg from March 3rd until March 10th 2024, at the venue
which hosted several other Debian events since 2018!

The event format is pretty simple:

- 7 days of just hacking together on Debian & FLOSS
- no talks
- no video
- daily stand up meetings
- wifi
- food
- accomodation for up to 30 people on site
- having two hacklabs: a noisy and a (more) silent one.
- having good times
