BSP 2023-01 27-29 in St-Cergue, Switzerland

Hello there,

I'm still in the early planning phases, but organizers have confirmed it will
happen. So here comes.

There will be a Debian Bug Squashing Party over the 2023 January 27-29 week-
end, in the jura mountains, in St-Cergue.

The BSP will be adjoined to a gathering of FLOSS enthusiasts organized by the
Swisslinux.org association; the "Rencontres Hivernales du Libre" (Winter FLOSS
gathering).

We're still sorting some details out, but please only register on the
wiki.debian.org page for now.
