SnowCamp 2020 date proposal

Like last year, I would love to organize another SnowCamp_ in winter
2020.

For the date, I was thinking of 20-23 February: does anybody know of a
reason why it would be a bad choice?

(the venue is also potentially available during other nearby weekends,
if needed)
