If you're attending FOSDEM and would like to join the PGP KeySigning Party, you
can now register by sending your key:

 gpg --keyserver hkp://ksp.mdcc.cx --keyserver-options export-minimal --send-keys yourkeyid

There'll be a CAcert signing event too, see http://fosdem.org/2009/keysigning .
