I've never opposed good ideas from that direction.

I oppose a general PR budget, though, since that often causes a need
to just use it because it's there, actually burning money - without
thinking. That would be wasting and maybe even abusing donations. We
should not start doing that.

It has already been so in the past. Think about Ayo posters, flyers
or travel reimbursments to exhibitions for example.
