I could probably fill a more workshopi-ish than talk-ish slot where
I want to discuss a LaTeX-beamer theme for Debian talks, but I'm
concerned about the question above because it might happen, that
I'm occupied by some matters in my institute so that I will be in
Berlin but most time in my institute instead beeing be able to
attend DebianDay. Applying for a talk and beeing absend afterwards
is not a good strategy, IMHO.
