Where exactly did you find that? I only see

Maybe you managed to mistype the URL and went to 2004 like the year in
the above quote suggests?

You don't make sense. You quoted the schedule for the Debian Day and
asked how it does cope with the Debian Day. It does cope with it
since it describes the schedule.
