the quickest time that i found was 12:53, with 7 changes of train.
you can go to http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/ and check for routes there.
the important thing is to select 'nur Nahverkehr' from the drop box
labeled 'Verkehrsmittelwahl' to restrict the search to RE/RB trains.
