patches from Red Hat RPM

Hello,
I've attached patches, which we're using for man-pages-de.

Could you add one bug to bug-list or solve it? I studied German years
ago, it'll be better, when native speaker translate man passwd. It needs
to be synced with newest version of English man-pages
