Hello Mr De Shrijver,

the Screen is the standard HP A1097C fixed-frequency one, 21''.
As I have read that you need the specs as of today, here we are:

HP9000 735/99
CPU: PA-7100, 99 MHz
    PA-RISC 1.1 compatible
    256kB/256KB I/D-Cache (512KB total)
224 MB RAM
2x 4.5 GB HDD

If you also need pictures, I can do it this night if needed. If Pictures of a
similar machine are sufficient, there are some at
