Also, ich hab mal schnell gegoogelt:

Also, ich würde jetzt nicht unbedingt auf verkorkste Installation
tippen, eher auf defekte DB.

Wenn ich das richtig erinnere, gibt es unter MySql so was wie
Konfigurations-Tabellen. Hier scheint eine kaputt gegangen zu sein.
Vielleicht hilft ja auch das manuelle anlegen der Tabelle. Das habe ich
schon das eine, oder andere Mal für andere Tabellen gemacht. Ist was
fummelig, aber vielleicht hilfts ja.
