Sorry for me being stupid, but I did not find this in the documentation.
I have machines logging over a LAN to one syslog server which works like a
charm. What I would like to do is have a separate file for each remote
machine, but I do not know the syntax for /etc/syslog.conf.
So here is the dummy question (after having looked at the doc)
What is the proper syntax for a remote host having it's own logfile on a
central syslog server?
Thanks in advance and apologies.
Sascha.
