Hi,

as announced here is the package I plan to upload to metalab or what it
current name is now. Please take a look at it and let me know:

http://www.infodrom.ffis.de/~joey/sysklogd-1.4.tar.gz

It contains both the format string bugfix as well as the one from Solar
Designer.

Changes are not very well documented, I have to admit.
