Preparation of updated newmail package

Hi,

I plan to package up the current development version of newmail for a
new release 0.5 in the near future. Several bugs have been fixed that
were still included in the code.

I'd be glad if you could give it a try and report back new problems
that have crept in - success reports are also welcome, of course.

You can best fetch the new version via CVS from the public repository.
Retrieving the most recent development version is described here:
<http://www.infodrom.org/projects/newmail/cvs.php>

A short list of the changes is:

. Increase the header size so that forwarded mails with looooong
   subjects get detected properly
. When using iconv(3) from and to areas must not overlap or iconv() will
bail out with a violated assertion in case of error
(improved error tolerance with broken encodings)
. Don't report about a new mail when there hasn't been one, i.e. if only
a few lines have been read that don't build a proper mail header with
name and subject. Reported by and patch prepared by Pavel Sanda
. Patch by Marian Durkovic: Support header values longer than two lines
. Only ignore linear-white-space between two encoded-words, lax
interpretation of RFC 2047 5(1), similar to how Mutt works.

Kind regards,

        Joey
