MiniDebConf Hamburg 2025, Germany, CfP and general announcement

Hi all,

We're pleased to announce registration and call for proposals for
MiniDebconfHamburg 25 is now open.
It will be held from 30th April 2025 to 5th of May 2025 at dock europe in
Hamburg, Germany.
More details are on the wiki at [0] .

Self-registrations can be done by adding your name in this list [1] .
dock-europe has some accomodation available, so be quick to make reservations.

You can submit your talk proposals by registering at [2] and submit a
talk using the interface. The last day to submit proposals is 13th April
2025. Note that you are not required to be a Debian Developer to
participate or submit a talk. We also plan on having lightning talks.

MiniDebconfHamburg 25 is also accepting sponsors.
