I thankfully got offers of help from Paul Gevers (to help with finances,
doing the budget) and Michael Banck (to help with sponsoring) and Andreas
Tille said that Debian would support the event too, so I now can and shall
announce the event taking place on debian-devel-announce_at_l.d.o and we
probably should start having some regular team meetings on irc as well, as
the latter are usually a good way to get things started and involved...!

already exists and even has some registrations, the next steps are probably
to create (by copying sensibly from previous years...)
