FOSDEM is working on having the traditional stands represented in some form
this year (and I appreciate that a lot!) A (I guess preliminary) list of of
accepted stands is online at https://stands.fosdem.org/stands/ .

For goodies, dealing with shipment and payments is a _lot_ of work. If anybody
feels up to it, I'd love that. Afaik fosdem does not offer infrastructure for
that. For DebConf, we've had a very fruitful cooperation with
https://www.freewear.org/ . I afraid we're pretty short on time now to set
something up, though.
We could just suggest people to check out https://www.freewear.org/ , by
placing that link on our fosdem booth webpage.

As I said, I understood there will be a bridge from the "official" fosdem
supplied matrix room for our booth to the freenode IRC network. Afaik the
matrix room will have text, audio and video. On the freenode side there will
obviously be text only.
Of course, I'd appreciate participation in our booth in any form. A full blown
working audio/video setup would not be required, I feel. Only text is useful
too.
Jean-Philippe: looking forward to your presence in our booth crew again!

Thanks, Bye,
Joost
