post vote meeting at 36c3

hi,

so https://www.debian.org/vote/2019/vote_002 will end on Friday 2019-12-27
at 23:59:59 UTC which in other words is Saturday 2019-12-28 at 1 AM
localtime at 36C3 (so basically the end of day 1 :)

I'd propose to meet at/around the rocket, which very probably will be again
next to (or in) the lounge in Halle 5.

Please bring compassion for those who are unhappy about the results.

(This does not invalidate plans for meeting on Day 3 at 13:37 UTC at a
still unknown location. Suggestions for a location welcome.)
