I have (finally) added the RMLL 2012 to the Debian Events page, it will
be visible in the next hours:

I am still listed as the main coordinator, but this should be changed to
Arne or Carl (both Bcc:ed).

The RMLL organizers (Bcc:ed) are trying to help with accommodation via
