This will 'soon' be published on the FOSDEM website, too (including
abstracts and bios, but I didn't want to have a mile-long mail...)
I think that makes for a mighty interesting schedule, with talks on a
wide variety of subjects; personally, I can hardly wait, and must say
that I feel this is the most interesting devroom schedule yet.
