Some Ideas:

- "A brief history of <s>time</s> Debian-Tools", some kind of moderated
birth of the feather session about all those noce tools, scripts and
  webpages in our universe

- "There's something about <s>Mary</s> Kernels", a litle bit wider than
the make-kpkg talk last year. As I see it in the user lists and irc,
there are quite some people out there, who like to compile their own
kernel (for whatever reason), who don't know how to do it.
That talk wouldn't be a longer version of the make-kpkg manpage, but a
partly longer explanation of some thing (Don't forget disc and
  filesystem drivers, etc)

- "Dances with <s>wolves</s> discs", a short howto on howto create
your own customized bootable live disc, I'm not sure if someone else
is covering this topic, but I missed something like that last year

Well, if you can live someone, who likes a more professional look, and
doesn't think it is necasary to have machines at our boothes, just to
show ports on different hardware (which isn't recognized by most
visitors anyway; will there be a seperate ports booth?), and who would
delegate the organization if demo-discs and contact to sponsors, I'll do
that.

Yours sincerely,
  Alexander
