Yes, they have talks.

But while taking a view over ther website
(http://www.linuxworldexpo.de/), I found two problems:
- They had a period to announce "Konferenzsitzungen und Tutorials",
  which has ended on the 31st of may.
- Only the keynotes are free for all, while you have to pay, to visit
  "Konferenzsitzungen und Tutorials"

Of course it is no problem to ask them for a free talk, they can only
they 'yes' or 'no' ;)
