My thumbrule in such a case was: If not overstressed and not done
commercially it should not be a problem to sell stuff. If used as
a company there have to be a different booth (i.e. not a free one)
and eventually special rules (for selling on sundays or some such).
I'm always near about trouble with such things since I have to maintain
such things through the companies pocket instead of my own.
Regarding car: Try to unload stuff and move the car(s) out of the way
and use features of public transportation.
