There was a problem with manpages-de and man-db with the result, that
the german manpages were not displayed, even if LANG was set
correctly (Bug #60629). I don't know, if this problem is still there,
but we might want to correct that problem, e.g. by changing
/etc/manpath.config with the cleanup-package or by fixing manpages-de.
