I don't know about Debian (Wichert has to decide) or about SPI (board
has to decide). You would need to contact them. If the price is reasonable
as are the flyers, I could consider sponsoring them again (with my own
business).

Please take in mind that there are only ~500 attendees at the congress,
so we may only use 200 flyers. Thus they should be event-independent.
