Is sysklogd 1.4.2 due for release any time soon?

Hi,

I've been getting stung by the problem whereby if sysklogd is restarted,
klogd no longer logs. I notice there is a fix for this in the cvs tree,
along with some other important looking stuff.

I was therefore wondering if there were any plans to release 1.4.2 in
the near future?
