New release: newmail 0.4

I'm happy to announce the new release of newmail 0.4.

The most important change to this program is the recently added
support for non-ascii characters. When the locale is set properly
(using LANG or LC_CTYPE) such characters will be automatically
converted into the current charset before they are displayed.

The new release contains these particular changes:

  * Corrected handling of long header fields in compliance to section
    2.2.3 of RFC 2822

  * decode header lines when they contain non-ascii characters as
    described in RFC 2045

  * automatically convert header lines into the current output charset

As usual this release can be downloaded from:
  http://www.infodrom.org/projects/newmail/download/newmail-0.4.tar.gz

It will soon be added to ibiblio:
  http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/system/mail/biffs/

This version is already uploaded into Debian unstable (sid) as well.

Regards,

        Joey
