let's see..

  - participants - how many took part in this? (DDs, DMs etc)
  - participants - how much did participants enjoy this?
  - participants - some photos
  - participants - who else helped? (catering, network etc)
  - goals - finding the goals of hacking (time schedule)
  - work - what are you working on? (wiki?)
  - communication - chat/mail/wiki?
  - software - which were the most useful tools?
  - results - presentations and documentation
  - probs+sols - common problems and their solutions
  - improving - how to improve this for next time?

and maybe a few things more ;-)

searching for reports on bug squashing parties might help
as they will prepare you for things to look out for, eg:
