If, I would suggest a TFT-Display attached to a notebook (or $whatever).

I think a talk would be better. Watching FAI installing is rather boring and
since it has no graphical mode yet, it also looks antique, with all the text
scrolling, esp. if we have another display showing g-i doing installations in
>50 languages.

In a talk OTOH, it can be explaned, what FAI makes so cool, that almost nobody
cares about fancy output.
