*IMO* not enough stuff for Users on it.
There is much stuff on a official CD1 a "normal" User wont
need. (Normal == The people we are giving the CD.)
I dont think its good to hand out only CD1. A specialised CD or the
whole set.
Yes, the CD1 *should* contain most wanted stuff, but that includes many
Servers and things a Desktop User dont wants. A user of this CD should
insert them, run through the Install (without need of net-access) and
then he should have a fairly complete *Workstation*. If not then Debian
could become a negative touch for them.
(A existing Debian User normally does not use our CDs, just a fast
update over Internet, so we need to make it for new Users i think).

Disclaimer: I have to check what it is on a CD1 *now*. I last looked on
CD1 a few weeks ago and there was something missing (CD2,... contained
it) for a normal User.
